• Send you SMS/text message notifications you have opted in to receive, such as lead alerts and account updates.

SMS Program Disclosures

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and lead volume.
• Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@ourradar.com.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase: You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging to use Radar or purchase any service.

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, sold to, or used by any third party for their own marketing or promotional communications.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS delivery via Twilio, payment processing). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide services to us and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
